Delete your ConMigo account

Applies to the ConMigo travel-planning app (iOS beta and future releases)

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, trips, bookings, notes, saved places, and uploaded documents from our servers. Deletion cannot be undone.

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

  1. Open ConMigo and go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Choose Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and server-side data are deleted immediately; any residual backups clear within 30 days.

Option 2 — by email (no app needed)

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, you can request deletion without reinstalling:

  1. Email support@conmigo.uk with the subject "Delete my ConMigo account".
  2. Send it from the email address your account is registered under (or tell us that address). If you signed in with Apple's "Hide My Email", tell us the private relay address shown in your Apple ID settings for ConMigo.
  3. We'll verify the request and delete the account, confirming by reply within 30 days (usually much sooner).
