Common questions
I can't sign in with Apple / Google
Try the "Continue with Email" option as a fallback. If Apple or Google sign-in keeps failing, please email us the approximate time it happened so we can look at the logs.
My trip data disappeared
Trips you create while signed in sync to our backend and survive reinstalls. If something looks missing after a reinstall, sign in with the same account and give the app a minute to restore. Still missing? Email us.
Migo's suggestions are wrong / weird
Migo is AI and occasionally produces inaccurate or generic suggestions. Use the "Update preferences" option in Profile → My Data to improve personalisation. For factual errors (e.g. wrong opening hours), always check the official source before booking.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app, or follow the steps on the delete your account page. This removes your data from our backend within 30 days.
How do I report a bug?
Settings → Send Feedback inside the app. If you can include a screenshot and a short description of what you were doing, that helps us reproduce the issue.
