Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of ConMigo, a travel planning mobile app. By creating an account or using ConMigo, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ConMigo helps you plan trips, organise bookings, store travel documents, and get AI-assisted suggestions through Migo. Some suggestions may be partner content. ConMigo is currently in beta and is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure (or your Apple / Google account, if you signed in through them).
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, or by following these steps.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ConMigo to:
- Upload illegal content or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service.
- Misrepresent yourself or attempt to manipulate Migo's AI to produce harmful, misleading, or illegal output.
4. AI suggestions
Migo's suggestions are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable. Always confirm important details (such as opening hours, prices, visa requirements, and safety information) with the official source before relying on them for travel decisions.
5. Partner bookings
When you tap a partner booking link (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, etc.) you leave ConMigo and the transaction is between you and the partner. We don't see your booking and aren't a party to the contract. We may receive a small commission from the partner; see our affiliate disclosure.
6. Content you create
You retain full ownership of the content you put into ConMigo (trips, notes, documents). You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content back to you and to send the relevant trip context to OpenAI in order to generate Migo responses on your behalf. You can delete your content at any time.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep ConMigo running smoothly but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues. During the beta period in particular, expect occasional disruption. We're not liable for losses that result from downtime.
8. Termination
You may stop using ConMigo at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a security risk.
9. Disclaimers and liability
ConMigo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (in most cases, zero — ConMigo is currently free).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the app changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of ConMigo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
